Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls as the Controller
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering development and accountability
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and business decisions

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, and internal controls
• Hands-on, collaborative leader with strong communication skills
