Target Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:- Process weekly payroll for approximately 900 field employees across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with union and Collective Bargaining Agreement requirements
- Audit, validate, and maintain payroll data while supporting reporting and tracking through Excel
- Partner with HR and operations teams to resolve payroll issues and support ongoing HRIS improvements
- Payroll processing experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Experience working with union payroll and/or Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems;
Vista Viewpoint and Arcoro experience is a plus - Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent payroll experience will be considered
