Key Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger activity, and support month-end and year-end close processes.
Perform account reconciliations, research discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing, payment application, and account maintenance.
Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvement initiatives while partnering with internal teams to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting, corporate accounting, internships, or a combination of relevant experience.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
