Key Responsibilities Tax Planning & Advisory- Lead complex tax planning and compliance engagements
- Develop proactive strategies to minimize tax exposure and maximize client value
- Advise clients on business structure, transactions, and growth initiatives
- Research and resolve complex federal and state tax issues
- Deliver year-round advisory support and planning recommendations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Serve as a trusted resource for business owners and executives
- Communicate complex tax concepts in a clear, consultative manner
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings
- Ensure exceptional client service and responsiveness
- Mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals
- Review work product and provide technical guidance
