What You'll Do

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records
• Complete bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Coordinate with outside accountants, auditors, and tax professionals

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of bookkeeping or full-cycle accounting experience
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Quick Books, Sage, Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems preferred
