We're looking for a Staff Accountant to join our client's Finance team! If you love clean reconciliations, smooth month-end closes, and being the go-to person your team can count on, we'd love to talk.
What you'll be doing:
- Running month-end close and reconciliations
- Preparing and posting journal entries and GL analyses
- Reconciling bank statements and backing up AP
- Handling sales and use tax filings
- Pitching in on audits and tax prep
- Helping with inventory reconciliation, cash flow, and credit applications
- Managing the company credit card program
- Jumping into the annual budget process and monthly analysis
- Reviewing work and mentoring teammates along the way
What you bring:
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting, Business Admin, or equivalent experience
- Solid GAAP and general ledger know-how
- Advanced Excel skills (bonus points for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central)
- Landscaping or construction experience is a plus
- A sharp eye for detail, great communication, and a positive, team-first vibe
