What You'll Actually Do

Assurance:
Provide various assurance and consulting services to the Illinois Department of Transportation as a trusted engagement team member.
Client Engagement:
Proactively engage with the client throughout the year to gather needed information, respond to questions, and follow up for Single Audit testing.
Testing & Analysis:
Perform substantive testing, identify deficiencies of internal controls, and discuss recommendations for improvement.
Compliance Review:
Review and analyze various costs associated with billing to ensure compliance with rules and regulations, investigating discrepancies.
Professional Development:
Learn and grow through direct on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and participation in firm-wide learning and development programs.
