What We Offer:
- Competitive base pay between $19.00 to $21.00 per hour commensurate with experience and skills

In this position you will:
- Answer and operate a multi-line phone system
- Maintain and update the company database and calendars
- Act as a customer liaison to lead communications throughout the project installation timeline
- Ensure clear coordination between scheduling, production, and installation departments to provide an award-winning customer experience
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
- 1+ years of professional Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to type minimum 40 wpm
- High attention to detailin a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communications skills
- Ability to integrate information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
