We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Relocation Coordinator to join our team in our Madison, WI corporate office. This key role will coordinate the relocation process for incoming and/or outgoing clients. Assigns a sales agent to the transaction and performs a variety of administrative activities to ensure a superior client experience. Maintains relationships with agents, corporate relocation contacts and partners.
Handles running and creating department reports as needed.
This is a hybrid role, working in office 2-3 days per week, working 30 hours/week Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post secondary education preferred.
Experience:
- Two plus years of related experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge and
Skills:
- Knowledge of relocation, real estate, title and/or mortgage business strongly preferred.
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Basic proficiency of social media engagement and posting practices (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and a strong customer service focus.
- Effective analytical, problem solving and decision making skills; initiative, attention to detail, and a team player.
- Project management skills: ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
