Work Schedule
100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on clinic needs.

Responsibilities- Design and modify scheduling protocols entered and create scheduling solutions for the department.
- Build and monitor provider schedules to ensure the organization maximizes template efficiency, productivity, access opportunities and meets operational needs.
Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: 1 year of experience with Epic Cadence build or template build/maintenance, 2 years or more of experience in ambulatory clinic operations.
Required:
1 year of experience in ambulatory clinic operations.
Preferred:
Epic Cadence Certification.
