We are recruiting for a tech-savvy Customer Service Coordinator to join a growing team on-site. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while providing responsive support to both customers and the sales team. The Coordinator will also manage supplier communication, logistics, and sample inventory to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
  • Provide timely, professional support to customers, sales representatives, and agents.
  • Monitor order status, prepare regular reports, and communicate updates.
  • Process deposits, invoices, and account statements.
  • Generate and track supplier orders for custom items, inventory, and services.
  • Oversee supplier order status and receipt of stock orders, samples, and supplies.
  • Maintain sample and showroom inventory levels.
  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries, including bills of lading.
  • Package and ship rugs, samples, and related materials.
  • Work with freight forwarders and customs vendors to manage international deliveries.
  • Document and follow up on shipment or delivery claims.
  • Support other duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree in Business or related field, or 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Strong technical skills with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred.
  • Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Professional, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Excel!
Compensation
  • $23/hour
  • Full-time, on-site role
  • Primarily office-based with occasional work in a warehouse setting.
