What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Maintain building operations by checking access and reporting maintenance issues
  • Provide on‑site support for events, including set‑up and teardown
  • Staff the front desk, managing emails, calls, and visitor inquiries
  • Perform light office tasks such as printing, copying, and filing
  • Support facility operations, including managing key inventory and mail delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Customer service experience
  • Current student at UW Madison
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in office support or event management
  • Familiarity with facility operations
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
