You will serve as a trusted partner to our executive team, ensuring the seamless operation of both professional and personal logistics. How You Will Make An Impact- Coordinate complex calendars and schedule meetings to maximize executive productivity and time management.
- Manage professional correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Arrange detailed travel itineraries and logistics for domestic projects and industry events.
- Execute administrative tasks such as expense reporting, document preparation, and filing to maintain operational order.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal team members and external vendors to facilitate clear communication.
- Handle personal errands and special projects as needed to support the work-life balance of the executive team.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information and executive priorities.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in modern office technology, including email suites, digital calendars, and document management.
- Professional communication skills and a "no-nonsense," proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability to leadership.
- Experience working within the construction, millwork, or interior finishes industry.
- Familiarity with travel management software and project coordination tools.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and implement systems that improve workflow efficiency.
