A full‑time position is available for a Business Operations Coordinator in Middleton, WI;
West Allis, WI;
Bloomington, MN. The role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, requiring at least three days per week on-site at our office, and requires a valid driver’s license and approximately 5% travel.
- Assist with workstation nameplate inventory, including ordering, shipping, and quality control checks.
- Coordinate office access control quotes, installation, implementation, and credentials.
- Assist with utility and office services setup for all offices, including account setup, maintenance, and reconciliation.
- Gather and maintain office data and details in company database, spreadsheets, and company Intranet.
- Research, onboard, and coordinate with vendors for office relocations.
- Maintain company standard shopping list for office supplies.
- Record company office expenditures and track against overall budget.
- Provide additional operational and administrative support through special projects aligned with executive priorities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree in business administration, management, or related field from an accredited college or university AND at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for daily business operations.
- Ability to discreetly handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Works well under pressure and is goal- and deadline-oriented.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and grammar skills, with demonstrated problem-solving, listening, and clarification abilities.
- Must be able to multi-task and create quality products.
- Must be able to work for long periods of time at computer/monitor.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
