Overview
Responsible for performing the administrative functions for hub and station operational areas in reference to the Next Generation Staffing (NGS), including but not limited to Employee Roster Management Application (ERMA) and My Schedule Blue Yonder (BY) and the accompanying Spotfire Dashboard. Serves as a customer’s first line of contact for a variety of issues. May also provide clerical and administrative functions for hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, quality assurance, customer service and human resources.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the support, maintenance, and roster management of Next Generation Staffing (NGS) systems, including ERMA and My Schedule BY, in collaboration with operations and management.
- Print rosters from My Schedule systems and provide to management for daily operational sort function.
- Work closely with management on filtering, printing, and preparing data metrics within reporting dashboards.
- Support package handlers with setup of My Schedule, including setup of Fed Ex enterprise passwords and My Schedule app download and use.
- Assist with all package handler tasks and troubleshooting within My Schedule.
- Provide clerical support to various management and operational functions, including photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing and answering telephone.
- Review, research and/or enter data in various systems to support respective functional area.
- Compile data and provide regular and ad hoc reports to management for review and determination.
- Serve as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate customer inquiries and issues.
- Assist management with Business Control Self Assessment (BCSA) audit activity by retrieving data and/or files for review.
- Responsible for records management tasks such as maintenance, destruction and inventory.
- Support additional essential functions in Quality Assurance/Loss Prevention, and Linehaul as part of the expanded job description.
- Provide clerical support to various management and operational functions, including photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing and answering telephone.
- Review, research and/or enter data into various systems to support respective functional area.
- Compile data and provide regular and ad hoc reports to management for review and determination.
- Serve as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate customer inquiries and issues.
- Assist management with BCSA audit activity by retrieving data and/or files for review.
- Provide support for HR processes as described below.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two (2) years customer service, clerical or related experience required
Skills And Abilities
- General business skills such as typing, data entry and review; use of phone, copier, and fax.
- Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
- Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests.
- Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy.
