Overview
Middleton Glen, a beautiful senior living community located in Middleton, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact and the face of the community, creating a welcoming environment for residents, guests, vendors, and team members while supporting daily administrative operations.
What You’ll Be Doing- Serve as the primary point of contact by greeting guests, visitors, and vendors while answering and directing phone calls in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Provide clerical and organizational support to the team, ensuring timely communication and coordination across departments.
- Assist and direct residents, guests, and employees to the appropriate departments and provide helpful information in person, by phone, or via email.
- Support administrative tasks such as maintaining calendars, processing expense reports, ordering office supplies, managing files, and preparing communications.
- Assist with meetings, events, mail distribution, and general office operations to support a smooth and efficient workplace.
Pay: $20.00 + / hr DOE
About You- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clerical office work, customer service, reception, or a related field.
- Strong phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and general office systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors.
