Open Door has openings for Medical Receptionists who will serve a key role at Open Door Community Health Centers. Receptionists greet patients in-person and on the telephone, make appointments, answer questions, enter and review information in the electronic scheduling and records system, and facilitate patient requests for access and information.
Qualifications- Caring and compassionate attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Team-oriented work environment
- Commitment to helping patients access needed services in a busy environment
- Related experience or training preferred
- Medical Receptionist: $25.00 to $28.87 per hour
- Hmong or Spanish speakers who pass a language exam receive an additional $0.75 hourly differential
