Work Schedule:
This is a 0.7 FTE position. 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts between 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM will be scheduled. This will include 1:4 weekends. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Staffing CoordinatorWe are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to:
- Build partnerships with various disciplines across the organization.
- Communicate sick calls, calculate and forecast future staffing needs.
- Critically think to allocate and assign resources to fill current daily staffing needs across nursing.

- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field Preferred
- 1 year of experience in an administrative support role or customer service-related field Required
- 3 years in an administrative support function Preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting Preferred
