Work ScheduleStandard business hours, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm | Flexibility required to support executive schedules, meetings, and events.

- Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, travel planning, presentations, and expense reporting
- Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, shareholder meetings, executive meetings, and company-wide events
- Prepare and distribute agendas, board materials, reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions
- Manage confidential corporate records, contracts, and governance-related documentation
- Serve as a liaison between executives, board members, shareholders, employees, and external partners
- Coordinate travel, lodging, and logistics for executives, guests, and visitors
- Support financial processes including expense reporting, credit card reconciliation, and payment coordination
- Assist with customer visits, questionnaires, and internal communications
- Organize and facilitate Manager Business Meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and virtual connectivity
- Prepare and proofread executive communications, presentations, and organizational materials
- Coordinate company events, employee recognition programs, and community involvement activities
- Maintain office supplies, business materials, and executive resources
- Experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or boards of directors
- Strong calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including proofreading and professional correspondence
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential and time-sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with board materials, meeting minutes, or corporate governance processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and scheduling/expense systems
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and follow through
- Professional presence with strong judgment and a service-oriented mindset
- Office-based role supporting executive operations and corporate functions
- Frequent collaboration with leadership, employees, and external partners
- Occasional travel may be required to support meetings or events
