What We Are Looking For: A detailed oriented professional to serve as the Records and Forms Specialist (Records/Forms Management Specialist).
LocationThis position offers a hybridized work schedule. The position will be headquartered at and required to work from the Hill Farms State Office Building in Madison, WI at least 2 days per week. All employees working a hybrid work schedule are generally expected to telework from within the State of Wisconsin. This topic will be discussed more at the time of the interview.

Position SummaryThis position coordinates records retention activities, public records requests, and records transfers with internal division, state agencies, and external organizations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies. In addition, this position develops and maintains department forms, manages website content, and serves as a key resource for records management guidance.
Salary InformationThis position is in schedule-range (07-04) with an annual salary of $58,240-$66,560, plus excellent benefits
. A twelve month probationary period is required. Pay for current state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan.

QualificationsA minimally qualified applicant must have experience with all the below
:
- Experience working with confidential records (e.g., requests, records retention, destruction schedules).
- Experience utilizing software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Docu Sign, Access Gov/Engagement Builder) to develop and review forms, publications and/or spreadsheets.
- Experience providing training and/or technical assistance to colleagues and partners.
In addition to the above qualifications, well-qualified applicants will also have experience
:
- Experience interpreting and applying laws, WI Administrative Rules, and/or policies to ensure compliance.
- Experience developing processes or policies for an organization or business.
- Experience or training related to website, document, or web application accessibility such as creating accessible PDFs or word documents, apply Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, conducting accessibility testing, or ensuring digital content complies with accessibility requirements.
