What's the Job?- Sort, prepare, and organize physical documents for scanning to ensure efficient digitization.
- Operate high‑quality scanners and document management software to convert paper documents into electronic records.
- Analyze document content and manually enter data into electronic systems to facilitate easy retrieval and searchability.
- Perform quality control checks on scanned documents, correcting errors and verifying completeness.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on scanning hardware and software to ensure smooth operations.
- Proficiency with scanning equipment and document management software such as Kofax, Ascent Capture, or OnBase.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure high‑quality electronic archives.
- Ability to navigate and utilize various computer programs efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow established procedures.
- Manual dexterity for sorting, reassembling, and handling physical documents.
