Work Schedule:

100% day shift Monday - Friday between 8:30am-5:00pm. Position requires flexibility to support operations across multiple shifts and locations. Primary work location is at University Hospital located at 600 Highland Ave, but may occasionally need to travel between locations.

We are seeking an Environmental Services Business Coordinator to:

  • Manage purchase orders, vendor contacts, and waste audits
  • Oversee EVS Projects and manage supplies
  • Work with Managers/Supervisors on improvement opportunities to reduce costs & improve productivity
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned, including coordination of key project meetings

Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Business, or related field Required
  • Two (2) years of related experience would be considered in lieu of degree
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 3 years related work experience Required
  • 5 years related work experience in a healthcare setting Preferred
