Program Coordinator – Program Management

Position Summary:

Work Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm. 100% on‑site.

• Facilitate project logistics, including shipping, file sharing, and onsite visit coordination.
• Support JD Edwards contract management.
• Manage licensing, stability, and storage programs.
• Create plans and progress reports with Program Manager, technical team, and business development team.
• Track and manage time, scope, and budget versus plan.
• Manage project team meetings (scheduling, presentation preparation, minute taking, action item tracking).
• Assist in creating quotes, scopes of work, formatting, and approvals.
• Manage data reporting requests and delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a “go‑to” team member for logistical support, problem solving, and process championing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor of Science in a scientific discipline (preferred).
• Experience supporting projects in an administrative capacity (preferred).
• Strong familiarity with project management software packages (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
