Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Staff Scheduler to manage and coordinate the scheduling of Direct Support Professionals across designated homes and programs, ensuring staffing levels meet policy, regulatory standards and client needs.
You will work with Care Team Managers and Program Directors to resolve scheduling conflicts, maintain accurate schedules in the Scheduling Application and support admissions, finance, recruiting and operations to meet staffing needs.
