Job DescriptionEagle River Ford is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. This role is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, and managing the service experience from appointment scheduling through vehicle delivery.
The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and customer focused, with the ability to balance communication, sales of recommended services, and technician workflow in a fast paced dealership environment.
Pay- 20-25 per hour based on previous experience and qualifications. Pay incentives available based on performance.

- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast paced service environment
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Obtain customer and vehicle information accurately
- Listen to and document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate loaner vehicles as needed
- Verify insurance when required prior to maintenance or repairs
- Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
- Prepare clear and accurate estimates for parts and labor
- Establish and communicate follow up times and repair timelines
- Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide customer updates
- Review completed work and final invoices with customers at delivery
- Maintain accurate repair order documentation in dealership systems
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership preferred
- One or more years of experience in a service department required
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant preferred
- Strong automotive knowledge and problem identification skills
- Proven record of delivering high customer satisfaction
- Energetic, professional, and customer focused demeanor
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems
- Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and service specifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
