• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford vehicles
• Complete repairs according to Ford and dealership standards
• Verify guest concerns using current diagnostic equipment
• Document findings and prepare accurate repair and warranty estimates
• Communicate clearly with service advisors about vehicle status
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
• Continue developing your skills through Ford training and certification

Preferred:

• Current Ford technician certifications
• Ford Senior Master or Master Technician status
  
  Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills

Also encouraged to apply:

• Experienced technicians with comparable OEM training
• Technicians willing to complete Ford-specific certifications with our support

Qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license, a strong commitment to quality, and a team-first approach.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical school/ASE certification preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in automotive service (Ford certification a plus)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and repair procedures
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning
