- Continue developing your skills through Ford training and certification
Preferred:
- Current Ford technician certifications
- Ford Senior Master or Master Technician status
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills

- Technicians willing to complete Ford-specific certifications with our support

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical school/ASE certification preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in automotive service (Ford certification a plus)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and repair procedures
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning
