Rosen Automotive Group is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to join our team. This position supports our service department, technicians, and customers by providing accurate and efficient parts assistance.

• Assist technicians and customers with parts needs
• Look up, locate, and order automotive parts
• Process parts sales, returns, and special orders
• Maintain accurate inventory and organized parts areas
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Work closely with the service department to keep repairs moving efficiently

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and inventory system skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
