Lube Technician

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Our service department works with Honda-certified technicians, advanced diagnostic equipment, and a team committed to high-quality repairs. You'll have opportunities to strengthen your skills, continue your training, and grow your automotive career with the support of an experienced team.

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine vehicle maintenance
• Complete multi-point inspections and identify basic maintenance needs
• Check and top off fluids, inspect tires, and replace filters
• Document services performed and inspection results
• Follow manufacturer, dealership, and shop safety standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized service bay
• Complete required training and certifications
• Support high-quality vehicle service for customers

• 1+ years of experience with oil changes, routine maintenance, or automotive service
• Basic knowledge of brakes, tires, fluids, and vehicle inspections
• Familiarity with automotive tools and shop equipment
• Automotive training or hands-on vehicle service experience
• Willingness to complete manufacturer and dealership training
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
