Service Lane Support Associate Pay: $18.00 per hour

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Greet service customers and provide professional assistance. Move customer vehicles between the service lane, parking lot, and designated service areas. Prepare arriving vehicles with protective seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats. Retrieve completed vehicles and support customer vehicle delivery. Maintain a clean, organized service drive, parking area, and work environment. Support the service team with phones, shuttle coverage, clerical tasks, and other department need as assigned.

1+ years of customer service or related experience. Basic computer skills and comfort learning dealership systems. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
