The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for leading strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance, improve efficiency, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities, implement best practices, reduce waste, and improve overall business performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties
  • Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives across operations, supply chain, production, and administrative functions.
  • Analyze operational and performance data to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and cost‑reduction opportunities.
  • Develop and execute the organization’s continuous improvement roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and sustain results.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional improvement projects to enhance quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive waste elimination efforts and implement standardized processes to improve workflow consistency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and oversee corrective and preventive action implementation.
  • Lead workshops, Kaizen events, and problem‑solving sessions to build organizational capability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
