We are seeking an experienced Category Manager/Procurement Professional to serve as a Supplier Management Program Lead
, responsible for helping design, build, and operationalize a comprehensive Supplier Management program. This role will partner closely with Category Managers and cross‑functional stakeholders to strengthen supplier performance management, improve risk visibility, and enhance ongoing supplier monitoring.

- Lead the development and rollout of a Supplier Management Program, including frameworks, governance, and operating models
- Partner with Category Managers to improve supplier performance management, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Establish and enhance supplier monitoring processes across:
- Financial health
- Business continuity
- Cybersecurity and privacy risk
- Operational and strategic risk
- Develop supplier performance metrics, scorecards, and risk indicators
- Analyze supplier and spend data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Support enterprise‑wide adoption of supplier management best practices through change management and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, legal, risk, IT, and business leaders to ensure alignment and consistency
- Provide clear, executive‑ready insights and recommendations related to supplier performance and risk exposure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Procurement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex supplier and risk data into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree or MBA
- Experience building or scaling supplier management or governance programs
- Background in program development, implementation, or organizational change initiatives
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
- Hands‑on experience with ERP and procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa or similar)
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Experience supporting risk management, supplier governance, or compliance initiatives
