As our Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you’ll be one of our supply chain heroes making sure the right tools land in the right hands at the right time. From forecasting demand to working with freight partners, you’ll help keep our operations flowing smoothly and making sure we are ready to capture new opportunities.
CoreResponsibilities
- Coordinate purchase orders, inbound logistics, and inventory transfers
- Work closely with manufacturing partners (both domestic and international)
- Work with ocean and domestic freight carriers to manage operations
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations
- Collaborate with Sales & Ops teams to ensure on-time delivery and happy retail partners
- Analyze supply chain data and spot inefficiencies to improve business processes
- Assist in freight optimization and cost reduction strategies
- Help us build systems and capabilities that scale as fast as our growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willing to work out of the office in Madison, WI
- Experience with demand forecasting, freight booking and procurement strategies is a plus.
