Job Description
Apex Systems is looking for a business process operations consultant for one of our clients in Madison, WI. This hybrid role requires on‑site presence three times a week.
Key Qualifications- Strong Analytical and Problem‑Sovling Abilities: Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions. Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation
Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. Skilled at managing expectations and negotiating compromises. - Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex projects, create and execute project plans, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and within budget. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Cross‑functional Leadership: Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and compliance functions. Demonstrated success in building consensus across diverse groups.
- Experience in Change Management: Strong understanding of change management principles and experience applying them in major organizational or technological transformations.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and remain focused on delivering the best possible outcomes.
