Madison, WI – Supply Chain – Full Time – Bou Matic

• Lead supplier negotiations to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets aligned with company objectives.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives, including supplier consolidation.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, including scorecards and corrective actions.
• Execute domestic and international procurement activities.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, and Product Management to support production requirements, forecast demand, and manage inventory levels.
• Analyze and manage inventory strategies to balance service and cost.
• Resolve commercial and operational issues with suppliers.

Candidate must meet the following qualifications, and have demonstrated the following technical or job skills:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience; minimum of five years’ experience required.
• Proven record of cost savings and negotiation management.
• Demonstrated effective analytical and project management skills.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Substantial experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O preferred).
