Client Relationship Manager

Overview

Responsible for new business implementation, asset retention, growth of assets and client satisfaction for assigned book of business.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners and TPAs
• Develop business plans that identify key clients and action steps to manage those relationships
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment issues including performance, diversification, style and suitability
• Work with plan sponsor to design participant education campaigns to increase participation and contribution rates
• Assist sales representatives with sales presentations and act as subject matter expert in topics such as Voya Service Model, installation process, ongoing service and procedures
• Introduce and support new product and service initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 4 years in financial services or 2 years in defined contribution marketplace
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, State insurance license
• Strong analytical, organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to travel frequently

Base salary range: $99,090 – $123,860 USD. Additional incentives and long‑term incentives may apply.
