  • Maintain tracking records for the lifecycle of assigned initiatives under supervision.
  • Coordinate a global carbon management program, focusing on refrigerant management and operational energy conservation among cross‑functional teams including HVAC, sustainability, and technology functions.
  • Support regions by maintaining tracking systems (energy, water, waste, emissions) and compiling data from JLL and client platforms, and preparing basic status reports under guidance.
  • Assist in organizing and documenting technology‑focused improvement sprints, coordinating stakeholders and tracking action items to support operational efficiency gains.
Communication & Meeting Support
  • Collect and document stakeholder feedback to inform project design and prioritization.
  • Coordinate logistics for governance meetings, decision‑making routines, newsletters and other communications.
  • Draft basic program updates and status reports using provided templates.
  • Support communication strategies by collecting, formatting and distributing program materials as directed.
Resource and Team Collaboration Support
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by documenting process workflows, tracking improvement metrics, and organizing materials for process optimization reviews.
  • Maintain records of necessary resources (people, technology, partners) and monitor resource utilization across a wide range of global strategic activities for the account.
  • Help maintain a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2‑3 years of professional experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role, preferably within sustainability, real estate, manufacturing, construction, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in administrative or coordination roles supporting projects.
  • Experience supporting complex, data‑driven, and cross‑functional projects.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team under supervision.
  • Ability to coordinate different groups to achieve objectives.
  • Familiarity with data entry, tracking, and basic reporting in digital platforms for project and data management.
  • Proficiency in tracking performance metrics and managing project timelines.

  • Demonstrated interest or foundational experience in building systems (HVAC/MEP), utility data analysis, or carbon management, with a strong desire to apply technical/analytical skills to drive sustainability and carbon‑reduction outcomes.
  • Exposure to or interest in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile/Sprint frameworks) with ability to support process documentation and improvement tracking activities.
