We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fleet & Procurement Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Sourcing, Procurement & Fleet Department. This role is responsible for fleet administration, procurement support, reporting, data analysis, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical operational information.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys working with large data sets, identifying efficiencies, and supporting business operations that help keep communities connected.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily fleet management operations and administrative activities
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of fleet, procurement, and operational data
- Generate, analyze, and distribute reports to support business decision-making
- Assist with procurement processes, vendor management, and purchasing activities
- Monitor and maintain data integrity across systems and databases
- Support strategic planning initiatives through reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with tracking, auditing, and documentation of fleet assets and procurement activities
- Utilize multiple systems and tools to manage information and support department operations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience with in the fleet industry
- Customer-focused mindset with strong internal partnership skills
This position operates primarily in a professional office setting and requires regular use of:
- Computer systems and business applications
- Telephone and communication tools
- Standard office equipment
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
