RoleSummary
The ONECM Communications & Organizational Readiness Lead is accountable for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive executive-level communications, as well as ensuring enterprise-wide readiness for all ONECM-related work. This role serves as the central hub for communication strategy, stakeholder alignment, and organizational preparedness—bridging product, training, and business teams to drive successful adoption.
Key Responsibilities Executive Communications & Strategy- Lead the development of all executive-level presentations and materials related to the ONECM program, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Translate complex program updates and technical requirements into concise, compelling narratives for senior leadership and broader audiences.
- Partner with program leadership to shape messaging, storytelling, and decision-support materials.
- Own and deliver all internal communications related to impacts and changes.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy, including messaging, channels, cadence, and stakeholder targeting.
- Ensure communications are timely, transparent, and tailored to different audience needs across the organization.
- Drive readiness planning and execution across all impacted business areas and organizational levels.
- Define and track readiness criteria, milestones, and success measures.
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and proactively address them to ensure successful change adoption.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Training, Reporting, Change Management, and other key stakeholders to align messaging, coordinating timelines, and deliverables.

- Coordinate and integrate communications, training, and change activities into a cohesive readiness plan.
- Organize and communicate key program activities, milestones, and updates across stakeholder, including executives.
- Maintain visibility into progress and readiness through reporting, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Support forums with structured updates, insights, and recommendations.
- 7-10 years executive communication and storytelling
- 3-5 years change management and organizational readiness
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical requirements into detailed, audience-appropriate communications across all organizational levels

The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
