Area Manager – WI; and Upcoming Graduates

Job Summary

This is not a corporate, remote or office-based position. This is a full‑time, entry‑level position located within one of Amazon’s fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations or other operations buildings. Amazon is seeking customer‑focused individuals to lead a team of hourly employees across our Operations network. Our warehouses are fast‑paced environments where standing, walking, and on‑the‑production floor conversations are common for a supply chain leader.

• Engage, lead, and develop a team of 50–100 direct‑report Amazon Associates in a warehouse environment
• Motivate, mentor, and manage the team to meet goals and maintain high levels of safety, quality, attendance and performance
• Work independently and operate autonomously in an operational setting
• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Oversee truck deliveries, handle and sort packages using pallet jacks, operate PIT equipment (when applicable), and step in as needed
• Work in environments with varying noise levels, lift up to 49 pounds, perform repetitive motions, and climb/stairs when needed

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with all requirements completed between May 2024 and August 2026 (degree requirements met before first day)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or a related field

USA, WI, Oak Creek – $65,200.00 – $75,000.00 USD annually
