Our client is an organization in the Kenosha County area that’s looking for a Compensation Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and who has strong communication skills. The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES- Analyze data, trends, and business metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct research and perform data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Develop recommendations and provide analytical insights to support business initiatives and operational goals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and written communications for management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, evaluate opportunities, and drive solutions.
- Present findings, recommendations, and analyses to leadership and business partners.
- Support annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and other recurring business processes.
The Compensation Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- 2+ years of related analytical experience; direct compensation experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Comfortable working with data and identifying trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
