We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and client-focused professional to join our team as a Client Operations & Procurement Specialist
. This role sits at the intersection of client experience, sales operations, purchasing, and supply chain coordination, serving as a critical partner in delivering a seamless customer journey from order placement through fulfillment.

This is not a traditional administrative position. You’ll play a key role in managing high-value client orders, analyzing operational performance, supporting sales initiatives, and driving continuous process improvement.

Salary Range: $57,500 - $72,500 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

• Serve as a trusted operational partner to clients and internal sales teams, providing expert guidance on product availability, order status, lead times, and fulfillment expectations.
• Deliver a white-glove customer experience through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Support sales initiatives by ensuring accurate order execution and seamless coordination across departments.

• Manage complex purchase orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product specifications, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, purchasing teams, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient order flow.
• Monitor order pipelines and identify potential fulfillment risks before they impact clients.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions, reporting tools, and CRM systems to analyze operational performance and customer activity.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to order volume, fulfillment performance, client trends, and operational efficiency.
• Perform reconciliations, forecasting support, and operational analysis to assist business planning and growth initiatives.

• Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and internal business systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance operational processes.
• Support implementation of best practices that improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

• 3–5+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, sales operations, client services, procurement, or related operational roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data validation, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience working within Salesforce or similar CRM and ERP/order management platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional communication skills with experience supporting clients, sales teams, or executive stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in procurement, inventory management, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
• Background supporting luxury products, design-focused businesses, showroom environments, or consultative sales organizations.
• Experience creating operational reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
