Role
Manager, Order-to-Cash (O2C) to establish and lead the global revenue cycle function supporting Arrowhead's first commercial product launch and future growth.
Responsibilities- develop and execute O2C strategy
- build scalable processes
- oversee customer onboarding, contracting, and compliance
- lead system implementation and automation initiatives within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- ensure SOX controls and audit readiness
- serve as a trusted partner to Commercial, Supply Chain, Market Access, and Finance teams
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Life Sciences
- 5+ years in O2C, Revenue Ops, or Finance within regulated biotech/pharma industries
- ERP experience, preferably with Dynamics 365
- strong knowledge of revenue cycle, compliance, and process optimization
- excellent communication skills
- MBA or professional certification
- experience with rebates, chargebacks, and market access programs
biotech/biopharma commercialization, regulatory compliance, systems transformation, and global revenue cycle management.
Work Setupfull-time onsite in Verona, WI.
