• Assist lead teachers in classrooms with daily activities and routines.
• Provide coverage during lunch breaks, transitions, and other teacher absences.
• Support a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children of various ages.
• Help maintain classroom organization and cleanliness.
• Step into different classrooms as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
• Encourage positive interactions and social development among children.
• Follow center policies, procedures, and state licensing regulations.

• Experience working with young children preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings.
• Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic team player.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework preferred.
• Lead Teacher qualification or willingness to obtain.
