Responsibilities- Assist Foreman with railroad bridge construction and repair
- Remove steel rivets and tighten bolts with pneumatic and impact tools
- Cut and remove structural steel using an oxygen‑acetylene torch
- Drill holes in steel and timber with magnetic, electric, or hydraulic drills
- Work at heights using lineman equipment and hang scaffolding
- Perform physical tasks such as driving spikes, digging, lifting, and using hand tools
- Operate power tools including impact wrenches, chainsaws, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines while working in challenging environments
- Travel nationwide to job sites, staying on the road 6 weeks at a time
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of physical labor experience in construction or related fields
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred and rewarded)
- Willing and able to work at significant heights (up to 300')
- Must have documented employment within the past 24 months
- Strong physical fitness: able to lift 70+ lbs, climb, kneel, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to read, write, and complete forms accurately
- Must pass internal training and testing for advancement opportunities

Full‑Time | 5–6 day work week with 1–2 days off
Travel: 6 weeks on, 1 week off
Work LocationNationwide – This is a 100% traveling position
Transportation between job sites is provided in company vehicles
