We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from pre-construction through closeout. It is ideal for someone who takes ownership of outcomes, exercises strong independent judgment, and is motivated to guide complex projects across multifamily, mixed‑use, and residential work. We’re looking for a project leader who values collaboration, accountability, and thoughtful execution.

What you’ll be doing :- Planning and executing construction projects from initiation through closeout
- Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams
- Reviewing contracts, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and constructability
- Monitoring progress and proactively resolving risks, issues, and change orders
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, Wisconsin codes, and company policies
- Conducting site visits and leading project coordination meetings
- Maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and project records
- Communicating timelines, milestones, and risks to stakeholders
- Managing punch lists, final inspections, and turnover documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible project management experience
- Experience in commercial, residential, or multifamily construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and related project management tools preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment on matters of significance
- Building projects that are human-centered, durable, and thoughtfully crafted
