- Experience & Technical
Skills:- 10+ years as a superintendent on commercial ground-up projects with a general contractor or construction management firm
- Proven ability to manage projects from site mobilization through final closeout
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods across all phases of ground-up work
- Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Proficiency with construction scheduling tools and standard office software
- Leadership & Field Responsibilities:
- Lead all on‑site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination and daily field operations
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Enforce quality control standards and ensure work is performed in accordance with contract documents
- Maintain accurate jobsite documentation including daily reports, schedules, safety records, and progress photos
- Coordinate inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout activities
- Promote and enforce jobsite safety programs to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Physical & Jobsite Requirements:
- Ability to work full-time on active construction jobsites
- Ability to walk jobsites for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders, navigate uneven terrain, and lift up to 50 pounds as required
