Job Overview

Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 per year.

Established and growing Wisconsin-based general contractor seeks experienced superintendent to run ground-up projects.

• Experience & Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  
  • 10+ years as a superintendent on commercial ground-up projects with a general contractor or construction management firm
  • Proven ability to manage projects from site mobilization through final closeout
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods across all phases of ground-up work
  • Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Proficiency with construction scheduling tools and standard office software
• Leadership & Field Responsibilities:
  • Lead all on‑site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination and daily field operations
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Enforce quality control standards and ensure work is performed in accordance with contract documents
  • Maintain accurate jobsite documentation including daily reports, schedules, safety records, and progress photos
  • Coordinate inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout activities
  • Promote and enforce jobsite safety programs to maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Physical & Jobsite Requirements:
  • Ability to work full-time on active construction jobsites
  • Ability to walk jobsites for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders, navigate uneven terrain, and lift up to 50 pounds as required
