The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with ground up commercial, education, or multi-family projects.
- Experience with running self perform projects.
- Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Competitive salary in the range of $120,000 to $160,000 annually.
