Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Madison, WI, for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project teams, managing timelines and resources, communicating with stakeholders, overseeing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role also involves resolving project challenges and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Coordination
  • Strong skills in Budgeting and Project Management, including the ability to manage costs and timelines effectively
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders
  • In‑depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and industry best practices
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency with project management software tools is a plus
  • Commitment to delivering high‑quality results and maintaining strong customer relationships
