Compensation Based on Experience.

A Design-Build General Contractor with offices in both Milwaukee and Madison, WI, we are seeking a motivated Superintendent to join our growing team.

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites.

• 5+ years Construction Superintendent experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on-site
• Proficient with Procore
• OSHA 30 Hour certification
• Technically literate individual
• Motivated and team player
