Construction Estimator

The Estimator will lead the bidding for both conceptual and hard-bid estimates across a variety of markets in the Madison area. Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year.

The Estimator will lead the bidding for both conceptual and hard-bid estimates across a variety of markets in the Greater Madison area. We are looking for an experienced teammate to play a key role in shaping the Estimator Department through development and initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
• 5+ years estimating experiencei>
• Experience with both hard-bid and conceptual estimating
• Technical skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, estimating database software, and Onscreen takeoff
